Giant Squid Puppet for Burningman

This is an 18 foot long squid puppet made for Burningman 2005. It was attached to a whale puppet and dragged around the playa for a week.
 
2-Headed Baby Skeleton (Y-Baby)

This is a resin model of a 2 headed baby skeleton. It stands 18" and was reconstructed using castings taken from real bones.

Lemon slice bottle- 12" tall: Individual slices were made from grapefruit peels, then molded and cast in resin. Final prop was loosely assembled on an armeture to allow slices to be repositioned.

Gingerbread bottle- 18" tall: Molds were taken of actual gingerbread and candy to produce the hundreds of tiny castings that form and decorate the bottle.

Fishbaby Puppets

21" from head to tail. Painted silicone skin over fiberglass shell. @ puppets were made. One was cable and bladder controlled. The other was remote controlled and made to swim in water.
 
Dandelion for Oil of Olay

Dandelion made with milk weed. Each seed was individually set so that when blown on, they detached and drifted away like an actual dandelion.
 
Nestea Snowman

This is an 18" tall snowman bust. Made to look like the Nestea Snowman. The smile was changed for the final ad. "They" thought he was too evil.

Lick & Lather

Artist Janine Antoni needed a new mold for her piece "Lick & Lather". The mold is used to make soap and chocolate castings. A new mold was also made for "wean".
